Sad story IMO, she got the treatment and they died (her poor kids : ) what shocked me though was they recon there are 2 million plus Super Obsese people in the US ie 60 stone plus, man that is big, they showed some other chap on there as well who was 73 stone, I eat alot but I just cant imagen how much you would have to eat to get to that size.

71 stone = half US ton
80 stone = half UK ton
79 stone = half metric tonne
