    PAYE Online Filing Incentive

It has just occurred to me that I have not heard anything about the £150 incentive for filing returns online for 2006/2007 or the £100 for 2007/2008.

    Anybody else?

I managed to get a £250 cheque out of them for 2005/2006, but that was hard work.

I got a notice about the incentive this year. I never got a cheque I just added it to my account and reduce a payment by £150 for last year.

I think that is how they prefer to do it.

I pay them a monthly standing order and it seemed too much trouble to mess around with that, especially since £250 was more than the monthly payment.

I suspect that the account is now £150 in credit, I just haven't received any notice about it.

Does the incentive still apply to PAYE returns filled for 10-11 ?

          Thanks

My accountant reckons it is no longer applied - that's because online returns are now mandatory - hence no 'incentive'

It reduced year on year. The last one was for 2008-09 tax year.

There is still an incentive - avoiding fines and ultimately not having to go to jail and get married to Bubba.
