Someone survived that. It was getting chucked around like a bag of spuds that did for her. They should use a recreation in those road safety adverts then at least some good might come from her death.

If you're going to be pedantic then actually she was killed by her organs rupturing by massive trauma to the body caused by a high impact collision with a leather clad metal frame.

The bodyguard survived. He was the only one in the car to wear a seat belt. (Bodyguards usually don't wear them).

Maybe he had the nouse to fasten it when he saw they were hurtling along the road. Shame the other occupants weren't so cautious. They must share part of the blame, even if they've already paid a high price.
