Ok...its that time of year when your old contract has come to an end and one starts looking for a new contract/sugar daddy.
What I have found the most frustrating though are the job ads that are being posted (Huxley and Accenture seem to be the worst culprits) every day for the same position that you have apparently had your CV sent down for (not accenture since they are the outsourced scum).
Whats even more frustrating is when you call an agent to ask about a position and they tell you its closed off...only for the ad to continue to appear on jobserve et al!

Its now obvious that whats required here is direct government intervention where any company wanting to get in to the recruiting lark has to be a registered agency, much like how taxi's are controlled so tightly. God, wouldnt that solve a lot of problems and get rid of a lot of cowboys!
