    Northern Rock Repossession rate

    Of course Northern Rock are repossessing more properties than the average. Thats the bloody point. They leant ridiculous sums of money who couldn't afford it and thats why they went bust and had to be bailed out.

    Of course they're going to repossess more.

    Ridiculous.

    I guess the more people they re-posess the more people who will need social housing and will be a burden ont he government so its gotta be last resort to reposess really after all avenues and options are explored.

      Can't be long until the govt put a furlough on repossessions under 12 months arrears or something. Funded by the remaining few people actually working and paying taxes and paying their own mortgages obviously.
      Cooking doesn't get tougher than this.

        Stop bringing common sense into perfectly good argument.

        Stop repossessions and get mortgage lending up to 2007 levels. Its the only way forward. BOOMED.
