Wow they are starting early.
I forget to buy sweeties to lure the little darlings in with, so I'll probably just board up the letter box and pretend to be out. Same as usual come to mention it -

I always make a point of pretending to be out, but then nobody's ever knocked. I can't help feeling Trick or Treat in Britain is a myth.Will work inside IR35. Or for food.Comment

Much more recently, there has been a lot of egg-throwing on Halloween, so much so that the local shops get twitchy about selling eggs to anyone under 25 within a week of Oct 31st. This after some houses were pelted very badlyComment
