In Excel 2000 for Vista Windows Mail.
It lists eml files in subdirectories of specified path with date, sender and subject (if not encoded but only HMRC seem to do that). Click on filename to open as text on form, and a button on that opens just that mail in windows mail.
It's pretty crude and only does one level of subdirectories at mo but it works if anyone has a use for it.
