    Excel Lists

I'm trying to amend a spreadsheet - it has a single worksheet, with several drop down fields that are populated by lists. I can view the name of the list by going into the Data > Validation option, but it doesn't tell me where the list is located. Is there an easy way to find this out?

If the data source is defined by a name then look under Insert > Name > Define to see it.
