Anyone gone skiing late in the season?

Looks like I won't be able to get away until end March/beginning April.

As a result, it has been suggested Noth America would be a good bet as the season lasts longer there.

So far, Whistler is a distinct possibility.

I was skiing through to April last year and the year before, in Switzerland. Just after Easter last year, a couple of feet of fresh powder fell, which was nice. Resort prices plummet around that time, and many aren't open after Easter.

Check out the BA flight from Heathrow to Denver, Colorado – just 7.5 hrs long!!!

From Denver it is just a 90 mins drive to Breconridge, Aspen or Copper Mountain – all are good in April.
