I contracted for RBS manufacturing for a year and worked with some excellent people, unfortunately they were outnumbered by useless donkeys by about 3:1.
As we all know the proportion of good people to donkeys will remain the same or degrade after these layoffs as corporates never take the chance to clear out the dross properly. Bit sad really.Comment
