£25 cash back when opening a company

Has anyone got this offer, while you open a company and sign up for Barclays bank account you get £25 cash back in your bank account?

No, but Companies Made Simple have a similar deal with HSBC who give free business banking for online account.

I was interested in forming a new company.

One of my friend got a company registered by Watermill accounting for £35 and got £25 cash back in new account with barclays. I was wondering if anyone else has also got such offer and does it really work.
