Hi All
I normally work on Service Delivery but in desperation applied for a Helpdesk Team Leader role as the money was ok (not brilliant but ok) nothing major in that however now I have had a call and been told the company want to telephone interview me on how I will go about writing reports. This wasn't part of the role advertised which stated running not writing reports which is more of the norm. I'm not a complete novice and can understand some report writing and write some basic queries, but this isn't one of my expertises and it certainly isn't on my CV.
The interview is at 13.45 today and now I'm worried about what they might ask, anyone got any ideas that might help me prepare? Apparently they want the reports fully automated which worries me because there are specialist for this.
