How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

You wouldn't like the nurses that were around when I was in hospital earlier this year. "Fat African mommas that have been beaten with the ugly stick far too many times", was how one fellow victim described them.How did this happen? Who's to blame?
