Migrating XP PC's to a new Domain

Anyone know of any decent tools that can help ease the pain of migrating XP workstations from one domain to another?

    Ideally preserving users profiles etc?

Going from a Win2000 based AD to Win2008 based one

    Cheers

You could try this. I tried this and it worked, but it requires the user to first login to the new domain to create the folders and then perform this copy.

There is a tool call loadstate and scanstate which are ment to do this.

I've never tried it this way.

Microsoft used to provide the User State Migration Tool, it`s meant for home users but still works on a domain.
