Who's on the bench in Leicestershire?

About 8 years ago, when I was a permie, we hired a contractor who always reeked of BO.

The IT team was quite small and, therefore, based in a modestly sized area of the office so you couldn't avoid the smell.

Didn't take long for the IT manager to have a word with the guy.

How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
