Recommendations of IR35 compliance check

Hi all. I am in the process of leaving Norla/Edge/EBT (yes, yes...I know!) and set up as a Limited. Here's what I need:

• IR35 compliance check on my contract
• Amendments made to said contract, or replacement with other suitable
• General advice on IR35 compliance do's and don'ts
• I need it QUICK.

Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated.

The most important consideration with IR35 is whether or not your working practises will put you outside and not what it says in your contract.
