SIM free mobile phone

Can my company buy a SIM free mobile phone (quite an expensive one) tax deductably, if I then use a personal contract SIM in it? If so, and I order it in the company name on the company credit/debit card, would it have to go on a P11D?

If you put the sim under the company name as well you can claim that too...
