Well, perhaps if the PR question is to be addressed we could also address the anomaly of Scottish MPs being allowed a vote on English only matters?

The truth is, it's rains a lot up here. This means we're stuck indoors all the time thinking stuff up... That's why we're engineering wizards, political princes, all because of the rain.
