I'm a Nigel Slater fan myself. I've actually cooked some of his recipes, which is my personal benchmark*

Don't watch her very often. When I do, the ingredients and recipes tend to take on a background relevance.

I've got all Hestons books and have cooked from them, but they're not for the faint of heart or inexperienced chef or for those on a budget.Comment
