    are there possibilities of my being able to avoid IR35 ? I'm a foreign national and thinking about becoming an illegal immigrant and starting contracting in the UK ?

    Can I avoid the dreadded IR35 ?

      yes you can

      To quote you happy.

      If I remember correctly and according to official Liebore policy.
      You have to have one leg and want to become a roofer.
      You have to be colour blind and want to be an electrician.

      They all got waved through and are probably doing cash in hand work. Forget IR35 when you only do cash in hand jobs
