Suggestion that we keep them SFW. I know, I have probably sinned on this one before too, but when somebody appears at my desk and there's an internet exploder button in the task bar with the words 'I am naked', it can be a bit embarrassing.

Actually, there is one called LOLITA. I take no responsibility for anyone sacked while googling it.

I have a simple answer to this, I have no internet access on clientco machine, and I don't bring my work laptop into the office, I have no internet access whilst at work.
I have loads of work to do and find I get it all done when there are no CUK distractionsI'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this
