Can anyone recommend a decent wine club

and possibly a good starter for 10 case or box set?

Since my <ahem> scare I read red wine is good for you.

There is a wine club in Stevenage (the wine society) iirc.

    Any pointers?
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

I shall thank you for your comment and bid you good evening.

I have been asked not to reply to your comments as they are no fun for other posters in addition to your recent 'reporting' of a post and I think It would be unfair for me to do so and upset your sensitive soul lest you report another one.

If you're talking a internet jobbie, I've been happy with Laithewaite's 'Taste of Spain' which is all red, lets you change what you get, etc. I'm sure the snobs will have a field day but I've enjoyed the selections (mostly vintages 2005-2009) and they are pretty decent about returning anything you don't like - I never got a bad bottle but I have returned a case I didn't want with no hassle.

I'm sure they do some referral bonus but I'm too lazy to check; PM me if you want to known more.

Again, Internet wine clubs...I've been using Naked Wines and they're very good. They give you cashback to your account everytime you buy something too, and seem tro have vouchers to use all the time like £50 off £100 case. They have some nice reds which I would recommend the Arabella Shiraz and Pinotage, the Kimbao and Mistral. I've also tried Virgin Wines but they were more expensive, took 3 days to get there (Naked guarantee next day) and the wine selection wasn't as good.

                Hope the helps...

                  WCPS Said.

I've been using Naked Wines for a couple of years. I'm putting in an order today, and will probably be getting a £40 voucher to pass on. I'll PM you the details it you want.
