Suffering terrible jet lag this time.

Went to bed 9pm on up at 12, 2 and eventually 4am
Yesterday to bed 9pm up at 2.30, properly at 4am
Last night shattered decided to have two hours kip at 6pm woke up at 2.30am, now can't sleep FFS!!!

Any ideas?

I'm suffering from train lag from my trip to Brussels - I got up one hour early this morning. Mad!

Which by assumption means that they probably heard me knocking one out a few hours ago to get back sleep. :emb
