To be fair, that I believe is the former Pope. The boxhead one, and he is clearly wearing that hat to hide the point that sticks out of the top of his head. You know, the one that in WWI they had to loop their helmets over. Back in the days before anglegrinders were invented and they could progress to the pudding-bowl ones.
