How to benefit from (Cyprus/Greece/xxx) depression?

The property prices are certainly going to drop, but I guess that will be a slow process, should I buy some shares/long options for Cypriot banks?
Set up a Recruitment Agency for Cypriot expats in UK?
    Any other ideas?

Get a job in germany. Or stockpile gas to sell them next winter.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

It's not that cold in Cyprus tbh, I've personally witnessed the meditteranean attitude to winter and it's basically getting some coats and blankets and hoping it will pass soon.
The houses old or new are rarely insulated so it is a bit of a pain, other than that, no problem

I meant the Germans. They get most of their gas from Russia. I'm expecting the price to go up a bit next year.

Well today you should have sold euros and bought roubles.
