O2 aggresive 4G rollout (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/O2-UK-4G-Rollout-Aggressive-Schedule-Details,news-43544.html)

I guess they'll need contractors, right?

It's probably just a chap in overalls who goes round all the cell towers, flicking a switch on each one to put it in 4G mode.

Presumably if it's aggressive he also has to stand there shouting at it when it doesn't work?

Hardly surprising. The 3g hardware cost a fortune as we were one of the first countries to implement it all the 4g stuff is standard Chinese hardware available on demand.

Although hopefully they will remember to configure them for GMT rather than a random Chinese timezone.
