Draft contract - worth getting reviewed or wait?

So, got an offer today for my next gig, and Agent (as ever) keen for quick acceptance.....pretty much a perfect role for me on paper, so most likely will....

Anywhooo, as it is for a Bank, there is an Onboarding process including all the usual checks et al. Agent says that I need to accept the offer for the contract to be released, and that this will be missing key information - i.e. MyCo name, financial particulars and other bits and bobs. Then, once all checks satisfactorily completed, full contract will be sent out for signing. Agent reckons the 'full contract' will be the same, only with the personal/MyCo details in.

So, do I get the first one reviewed, or the second, or both? Current contract will need notice serving, as NewContract needs me asap (already spoken with PM and they are happy enough for me to leave a couple of weeks before contract expiry, as the work is all but done - kinda hoping that I can persuade them to bin me as work all done, actually, to be a good IR35 point-giver). Of course, I won't have the final contract until after notice needs to be served if I am to meet proposed start date

Do you pay for reviews? If not, send the first one and then ask them to compare it to the second when you have it. The earlier you know about an issue the sooner you can get it sorted out.

I'm unsure why they can't simply issue the final contract, including a term that states the contract is conditional on you passing the relevant checks.

If it is unlikely that the contract will change then I agree with Clare, have the first one checked so you can address any issues as early as possible.

If the final contract is identical (except for your co. name etc) there should be no need to have it checked again, though it might be worthwile, for example there could be an issue in respect of personal service if you are named in areas your company should really be named.

Many contract review specialists offer a number of contract reviews for a fixed price - This sort of arrangement seems suited your circumstances.

Yes and no - I am with you guys, so you do a review and also with QDOS for insurance, so they will do the same. Wonder whether QDOS will count the two as separate (think one gets 3 'free' with PI/PL and this would be them all used up!)
