    Fatness drive 2013 - update

Despite increasing from exercising 2-3 times a week when I started a few months back, to 5 times a week now, no change. In fact the scales tell me I've put back on the weight I thought I'd lost!

I've got nice thighs though. Hi ladies.

Who cares then. Nice thighs cover a multitude of sins.
Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

Yep, just don't look above the waist and you'll be fine.

Perhaps you should have another look at the advice I gave you on the other thread? Once I decided to drop a weight class I adjusted my diet and training and lost almost two stone.

I doubt I am far wrong when I say I am not your favourite person but I don't want you to die of a heart attack hence I am happy to give you health advice as I actually know a fair amount about it. Swallow your pride and take it.

Or have a read through this, excellent, fitness and training website:

Hahaha! I went to spinning class yesterday to avoid cycling in the rain. Glad I had my thighs with me as they distract the laydees' attention from my face (difficult to detach them unfortunately as I'd be able to earn serious money renting them out). I think one of the chaps was having a look too

Your legs have grown; I told you before that if you have visible or measurable muscle growth on your legs then you'll have gained at least 2kg of muscle. Don't worry. Weight isn't what counts and BMI is almost irrelevant for the individual as it's designed to measure weith development in populations; measure your waist instead.

Utter nonsense, I'm afraid. Because of the obesity/weight epidemic most people are not at their optimal BMI - that doesn't mean you can ignore the fact.
