A firm handshake every time we meet

Keeping with the German theme, I'm wondering if this is a Bavaria only thing or not. The chap in the office next door to me, half Italian / half German, insists on a firm handshake every time me meet. I'm not talking about a casual one either, but the upright vertical sort as if we're a band of brothers. A very nice chap all the same.

Don't forget to look them in the eye and say prost before you sup your beer.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

The French seem to shake hands when they first see you in the morning. Seems to be a cultural thing over there.

Its a Bavaria - Italo thing, very similar to the 'kerchiefs in back pockets. They type of handshake corresponds to the type of 'relationship' you will be having

                Sounds quite charming.

I shall try it tomorrow when I arrive at my desk.

You know that more than 3 shakes is considered a wank?
