I saw that when it was first announced but there wasn't any international options so didn't mention it.

Now there is and I'm tempted but at £1200 not that interested....

We would love to. It would heat water faster and save time on the process. Unfortunately there are a wide range of regulatory and other issues we would have to deal with before shipping world wide. We hope to get there, but its not going to be until after our Kickstarter campaign.
      Bah!!

            so basically an Alcoholic Sodastream?

half the fun is the routine and randomness.

If I wanted perfect beer I would go to a brewery.

Why don't you order one anyway and just store it at my place. She'll never know.

They should design a bolt on distilling unit, to make proper hooch.

Closer to an Espresso machine for Beer. You can still make lots of great coffee and experiment with roasts and beans and brew times but know you'll get a consistent result every time and replicate the really good ones on demand.
