37 in March and I feel like I'm 90.
Can't drink like I used to. Can't play football any more, knees and hips are shot.
I'm quite into kettlercise and cycling, but everything getting much more gentle.
I just can't push myself as hard as I used to. Should I be able to push myself, being only 37, or is 37 very nearly 40 and I should just accept it and STFU?
Obviously it's down to your genes, and there are some folks on here who are well into their 50s doing iron men comps, but I'm on about normal schmo's.
