Not unless he has moved up north - according to IP lookup...

To the OP - of course you should treat the work seriously. If your work-load is heavy and you want to make a good impression then crack on. It isn't just renewal that you should think of - also consider the LI recommendations, nurturing contacts for later on business deals etc...

Look for contracts in TV and film.

Yoyu are contract now and earn more than most around you. Act like it. Don't forget to remind them.

And make sure whoever decides your renewal is bribed....

I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).

Remember it doesn't take a lot to be above average which in turn makes you look infinitely better than a lot of permanent staff.

The most important thing to remember is, when challenged by a permie on the quality of your work, the correct response is to shout obscenities at the guy, question his manhood, point out that you're much better than him because you earn twice as much, then offer him outside for fisticuffs.

I really wish I hadn't been off sick the day that happened.

I always try to act like the lead character of the film I have most recently seen.

This has the potential to backfire marvellously. Like asking the girl on reception if she can give you a hand with this cup.
