    Good riddance to bad rubbish

Key EU medicines regulator closes London office with loss of 900 jobs | Politics | The Guardian

Looks like the sausage eating swine are getting the message and beating a retreat across the Channel with their tails between their legs.

What's great is that the taxpayer continues to pay the lease on their offices.

(This was inevitable and pointed out a year or so ago, but dismissed as Project Fear).

No problem. It's the new HQ for the Office of Jam Tea and Biscuit Exports. Who needs the moribund EUSSR??

Its departure from London was lamented widely as it marks not just the loss of highly skilled jobs but the UK’s central place in pharmaceutical evaluation and monitoring.
Well obviously, because post-Brexit the UK just won't bother regulating the medicines that we use here, we'll just revert to witch-doctors and unregulated homeopathic mumbo-jumbo cures for everything.

Just possibly these "highly-skilled" people that currently live and work in London might want to continue working for whatever UK agency replaces this one?

Ye gods, any other shadows that you twitchy Bremainers want to jump at?

That new agency must be nearly set up by now.

Stop talking about things you ran away from.

If we want to know about hoisting white flags and chickening out we'll give you a call.

When Prince Charles is king, that'll be quite likely.

Aw bless. And which agency is that? Have they started advertising for personnel? Perhaps they have positions for unicorns.
