This looks convincing ... or is it another dodgy scheme ??

It even has convincing music and it says HMRC has personally approved the scheme.

Gosh they actually put some effort into their YouTube video.

Better than the stupid random texts I sometimes get which I report to my mobile provider as spam.

Can't see any company information on their website and the following always get's my goat...

The remaining funds (your profits) would normally then be liable for corporation tax. You can contribute as much or as little of your profits to the tax-protected vehicle.

Once the funds are in this vehicle, it is completely free from any further tax liabilities. The funds will be available for distribution to any shareholders of the company.

Looking at the WHOIS for them the company that registered their website seems to be a branding and marketing type company so guess it is part of what they signed up for. All it means is they paid a little more for the youtube clip so not really effort.

              That's effort.

Most scheme providers have some website that looks like it's from a template.

What they describe would seem to be perfectly reasonable if it were not for the fact that the actual arrangements would be a complete sham
