    Timesheets consistently paid late

I work a contract with the NHS, and I know that my Trust pays my agency. The issue is that my agency is paying me late on a regular basis - 2 or 3 times a month. I have been working via this agency since July 2019, and I have no other issues. The agency have stated accountancy software issues, but that is not my problem, and why has that not been sorted for eight months? Do I have a case for compensation? Thank you in advance for any advice.

Oh, and I would look at their details on Companies House - they may have solvency issues.

Context would help, are we talking days or weeks late?

You are basically stuck until you are over 30 days late then you can start charging interest
