                  Reading the original article doesn't really explain how it is corrupt as the only people gaining are the students yet they're not bribing or threatening anyone. In fact you could in some ways compare it to politicians in that they expect to be wined and dined by big business, i.e. lobbied, and then further their interests for the general good, apparently, and once their political career has finished, to get a well compensated position with said businesses...
