Read it. And? It's just as spun as the leaflet it purports to debunk. As a politician and journalist, the author is an expert at misdirection.

Didn't mention the fact that we have hundreds of thousands of rich pensioners all over europe who pay their own way but of course if we leave the EU Spain etc will throw these cash positive residents out just to spite us, and that it scuppers many peoples plans to do the same in the future, imagine buying a house in an EU country then finding out the planning and zoning are all correct instead of our fellow EU states ripping down British owned homes across Spain?
    FTFY
Only about half the expats in Europe are in Spain. Of those in Spain, many are pensioners and a large majority are not rich - just ordinary working class folk.

The middle class go to France.

The upper class and rich go to Switzerland.
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

How about this one regarding an undemocratic EU, might not be true though :-)

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Yeah I'm still not impressed with "we have to take orders from Brussells" as an argument. Our government puts people in the goddam commission. They aren't sitting there wringing their hands saying "oh no, more laws being forced upon us!"

Nothing in that article is relevant to me. The relationship with the EU isn't all about money and the arrest warrant thing isn't as remotely concerning as the non-reciprocal extradition treaty Blair signed with the United States. Why people aren't protesting to their MPs about that to this day is beyond me. Guess there's not enough Brits being extradited without charges for most people to realise this is actually in a treaty.

The CBI is given a grant by the EU but it gets the majority of its funds from Britain
So the 'independent' Confederation of British Industry jump through some EU hoops to get a bung from the EU, and some how this is not relevant?
But as the article says, you have already made your mind up.

Yes very clever, now why do we need another tier on top of an already bloated 'administration'?

Fix the democratic deficit at home and stop crying about the EU.

                democratic deficit
Wouldn't mind except there's been no democracy since it's decline in Ancient Greece. We have 'party politics'.

Do we have a date for the referendum yet? I'll be glad when this collossal waste of time is over.

The old sidetrack tactic of switching the argument.

If the EU constitution is based upon endorsements from undemocratic countries then surely this makes the EU less legitimate rather than more legitimate. You people cannot have it both ways. if the national government is undemocratic how on earth can the EU govt be democratic when it exists by virtue of choices of national governments?

it is a bit like saying that each country's representative of FIFA is corrupt yet FIFA itself is perfect

The ultimate point is that it's a sideshow, there's no need for this referendum.
