yep they share the information freely

Employee of German intelligence agency uncovered as Islamist extremist planning Isis-inspired terror attack | The Independent

A German national security agent has been arrested on suspicion of being an Islamist and disclosing sensitive information as part of a possible Isis-inspired terror plot.

The 51-year-old was a full-time employee of the Bundesamtes für Verfassungsschutz (BfV) – the German equivalent of MI5 – when he allegedly started using extremist chat sites under a fake name.

Security sources told Die Welt he was planning a bomb attack “in the name of Allah” on the intelligence agency’s headquarters in Cologne until he was discovered by a BfV informer who came across the internet threads last month.
Probably means this is all false

British spies are refusing to share secret information with their German counterparts because they believe Berlin’s leaky data servers have provided rich pickings for WikiLeaks.
Politicians in Berlin are said to be furious about the intelligence blockade, which has seen German spy agency BND cut off from US and British secret data at a time when Europe is under constant threat of terrorist attacks.

The spat between intelligence agencies is also linked to continued German anger at incidents where Chancellor Angela Merkel was spied on by America’s National Security Agency (NSA).

ah you looked it up, well done.

Indeed and there is little point proposing a free for all to an Island with protect able borders.

I don't know. My point is that, contrary to popular opinion, Merkel didn't extend an open invitation to every refugee to come to Germany. It was the fact that Hungary couldn't cope that made Merkel say that Syrian refugees would be processed faster.

It may be false or it may be true.

How do you know if they are illegal?

To be precise, what the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees announced in August 2015 was that Syrian refugees would not be subject to the Dublin Regulation, meaning they would not be sent back to whichever EU country they had first arrived in.
