Take them all out get them pissed and then ask them. It won't be much use to you when you get yourself binned the next morning again though.

3. Intermediaries
4. Negotiating skills
And if the other contractors are not doing the identical job, then rate discussions are even more futile.
e.g. MF has 2 years experience cleaning the toilets in the BA Silver lounge at T5. That doesn't mean he should be on the same rate as Steve, the head barman in the Concorde Room, who has been doing the job for 5.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment
