Default Contracting experience from various workplaces!

Hi, I'm new here and have introduced myself in the welcome section.

First post here - and as per the topic title. What have you learnt mostly from contracting as opposed to being permanent, aside from the rates of pay. Best thing I did and have no regrets contracting. Worked in some very interesting work environments aswell and some one or two do completely different I can say. Anyone's experiences / stories ?

Ten? I'd have been quite happy if you'd just given me one.

No-one here would give you one. But they'd all pay for one from NLyUK.
Hmm. I'm beginning to suspect that you need to find all the packing the computer came in...

Contracting has given me a thick skin, something you need in this industry.
