OwlHoot: For emails like that wanting an action from you, always question how they got your email address in the first place. It's unlikely the parcel that Royal Mail were handling would have your email address on the package.
ladymuck: If a parcel arrives addressed to you or someone at your property, then anyone coming along claiming it's an incorrect delivery is to be told to 'do one'. They wouldn't know it was incorrect from the address/delivery details that are correct on the parcel.
