Default DIY in our Block FFS

FFS, its enough to be stuck inside on such a fine day, why, oh why, does the guy upstairs have his power tools out

The next thing will be the neighbours leaning out their windows, singing at the top of their lungs, accompanied by an acoustic guitar

Do you have any Rammstein/Slayer tunes?

Unfortunately not, but one of my biggest current regrets in life is not owning a chainsaw

Get a Death Metal playlist from Spotify on and go for a walk...

Power tool has now ceased, probably a break for lunch

Now some b@stard is playing some appalling ballad type music instead.

Thank feck Mrs MM has just bought me a cooling beer

Might have to nip over to Aldi for a cut price chainsaw later, lots of furniture that needs pruning

Yeah, long waiting periods everywhere now, plus one would have thought we are out of season so should be easy to get a hockey mask

Bit of commercial reggae on now, not proper roots style, but more acceptable than earlier

That reminds me I have, unfortunately, had to cancel the planned 2 month Jamaica trip this year, for obvious reasons.

It's only really worth going if you have local connections and steer clear of Negril, obviously, as it can be a little dangerous in parts.

Last time the MIL went she had a police escort back to the airport, as the traffics terrible, with sirens blaring leading her car.

As I said local connections are paramount

Lucky you don't live anywhere near me

I've got a 1.1KW PA system, several synths and a load of guitars and amps set up in my front room. The neighbours are lovin' it
On Desolation Boulevard, they'd light the faded lights.....
