May as well not burden the NHS and tough it out at home.
If it's all down to the immune system them pop some vitamins, eat plenty of good food, and don't go someplace where the virus is rife and young healthy medics are succumbing to it due to viral load.

Have yourself some Turmeric in warm water, get the immune system off to a good start. And rest... sounds stupid, avoiding the news is difficult for sure, but good sleep is the best drug of all.
