If you are ill e.g. diabetic, elderly, a kid, a pregnant woman or like quite a few Muslims - Muslim in name only - them you don't have to fast.

I use to work with a guy who only fasted on the weekends when he was stuck with his parents. He must be hating it now [emoji23]
