      What matters is whether she changed Constitution (twice now like Putin, plus he used cheat by being PM for one term to reset original consecutive term limits), and it’s not like Merkel had full control over all branches of power - like Putin.

      Having said ultimately if people choose a Führer, through action or inaction (like in Russia), then they deserve all the consequences of that decision.
