Odd that they admit they can't tell who is dodging tax but they can tell where they live?
Are you telling me that Taxis with sticky meters or Builders who will do the job for cash don't exist north of Watford.Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.Comment

Most cabbies seem to live in Kent or Essex. Try going from East to West late at night and they all get annoyed as they want fares that take them closer to home.Comment
