Odd that it was also patently true that she physically abuse him but for that there is 'no charge'. I'm guessing the action was against The Sun and they only deliberated on the specific item in question not the evidentially toxic relationship.

If she physically abused him then she should be prosecuted but it is still no excuse for him to abuse her. Two wrongs don't make a right. Both actions are despicable.
