    The funniest Russian anti-alcohol video was that one posted here a couple of years ago of a mine owner being interviewed by Russian TV denying any of his miners ever turned up to work over the limit.

    As he was talking, an obviously paralytic miner tottered into view behind him, looked at the camera with glazed eyes, swayed a bit, and staggered off towards the mine.
