Education leavers and workers from throw construction industry are leaving in depressing numbers. Certain industries are doing well.

During boom time they could not get enough students for IT degrees, easy to get other jobs.
Spain has the same problem, lots of under 25 with no degrees or transferable skills.

Contractor roles are short term to start with, lots of 3- 6 month contract.
With a good skill set, next role is easy to find, at the moment.
