90% of all IR35 challenges are a direct result of a PAYE compliance visit" allegedly......
All challenges mounted by the IR are as a result of PAYE audit. The only other IR35 investigations are when contracts are sent in to IR for an opinion.
You need to ensure that IR35 specialist is onboard as soon as the PAYE notice arrives. This stops you digging a hole for yourself prior to IR35 specialist getting involved with standard PCG membership case.Last edited by eazy; 14 June 2006, 15:53.Comment
